Queue waiting at the door at 8.30 bad in indement weather. Sent for 1/2 hr and then told GP was not seeing patients due to illness. Was offered appt with duty doctor and then sat for another 30 minutes to see her. Often patients coming to see duty doctor after I had been waiting were seen before me so consequently I was in surgery from 8.30-9.40 approx.
I should have been told there were other patients booked to see duty doctor so I wouldn't be seen straight away I could then have made decision as ti if I wanted to wait that long. Other wise GP was excellent.

Doctor and staff are excellent.
Only one problem.
It differcult to phone for an appointment.

I think Gnore House and the surgery at Pagham have both looked after me very well.
